Buying a Car

Finding your dream collector car is just the beginning at GVE. Here’s the steps you need to take in order to bid, and hopefully win, your next car!

To engage with the seller and participate in bidding, you’ll first need to register with a valid credit card and phone number. Successful bidders are subject to a 5% buyer’s fee on top of the winning bid (with a minimum of £ 1000) payable to GVE. You can add your payment method here & your phone number here.

We strive to make online car purchasing safe and straightforward. Nonetheless, it’s crucial for you to conduct your own research to ensure the car fits your criteria before bidding. Thoroughly review the listing, including any imperfections, the car’s history report, available inspection reports, recent maintenance, and photos.

Communicate with the seller through comments, Seller Q&A, or our direct “Contact Seller” feature for any queries.

All cars on GVE are inspected by one of our highly vetted inspection partners though you may consider inspecting the car personally or arrange for a professional pre-purchase inspection at a reputable local garage (at your expense).

At GVE, we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our listings. We request detailed information from sellers and conduct a level of due diligence. However, potential buyers must independently verify the accuracy of any listing. We strongly recommend that potential buyers view or arrange inspections and conduct any necessary research before committing to bid or buy.

Please be aware that it is common for classic or collectible vehicles to have undergone cosmetic repairs in the past, either to fix damage or refresh their appearance. This work may be undetectable even upon visual inspection. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the seller, please assume that any vehicle may have had bodywork or paintwork during its life.

Additionally, photographs may not accurately represent the true color or full condition of the vehicle. It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm the color and condition of a vehicle, including its interior and any remedial bodywork or paintwork, before committing to bid or buy. This includes raising inquiries with the seller in the comments section.

For vehicles, unless otherwise stated, potential buyers should also assume that any cherished registration may be retained by the seller. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Organize your financial and logistical plans in advance to ensure a smooth transaction. Remember to coordinate with your lender for pre-approved financing, keeping in mind their specific requirements.

Discuss with the seller about transportation and storage options. For shipping quotes, please reach out to [email protected].

Our bidding process is explained below in a short video tutorial.

Upon winning, buyer’s are automatically charged a 5% Buyer’s premium, and you pay the seller directly for the vehicle.

Bids are binding charges, so bid only if you intend to purchase and have completed all necessary research.

To keep the process fair, bids placed in the last minute extend the auction time by an additional minute, allowing others to participate.

Winning requires being the highest bidder and, if applicable, meeting the seller’s reserve price. For no reserve auctions, the highest bid will win the car or automobilia.

Post-auction, we provide a detailed checklist to finalize your purchase and share the seller’s contact details for completing the transaction. Full payment for the vehicle is required within a week of auction closure.

Selling a Car

GVE is the premier platform for selling your unique enthusiast car, offering a streamlined process built for you.

Submitting your car is free. Provide basic details like the VIN, photos, and a brief description and choose between a reserve or no reserve auction. We suggest setting your reserve price based on current market conditions and we are happy to provide guidance on what we believe is a suitable reserve price. All auctions start at £ 1.

We will review your submission and respond within one business day.

Once accepted, additional details are needed. We will work closely with you throughout this stage.Your car can only be listed on GVE during the 7 day auction, please remove any existing listings.

We offer high quality photography through our photographer network, we highly suggest leveraging this to increase engagement on your listing. Higher quality photos = more bids!

All auctions must go through the 420+ point inspection provided by our inspection partner, BeSoji. We will coordinate an appointment with their team to come to your location and perform the 1 hour 30 minute inspection process.

Familiarize yourself with the title transfer process in the UAE, including any loan payoff requirements.

We strongly encourage active engagement in the 7 day auction, responding to questions and comments. The more engaged a seller is, the more likely the car will sell for a desirable outcome.

After preparing your listing and confirming all details, we’ll schedule and initiate your auction.
Engage with potential bidders, respond to questions and comments, and provide additional information as needed. Active seller participation often leads to higher bids and a successful sale.
Following auction closure, we provide a checklist to finalize your sale. You’ll receive the buyer’s details for transaction completion.

Finalizing a Sale

Upon a successful auction at GVE, we connect the buyer and seller for a direct vehicle sale, where we will provide a checklist to ensure a successful transaction. Remember, we are here to help!

Promptly and politely introduce yourself to the other party post-auction. We suggest doing this right when the auction ends.

Sellers should provide proof of ownership to the buyer. A picture or photocopy of the title and registration is sufficient.

Buyers are expected to pay for the vehicle in full within a week of the auction closing.
If there’s an outstanding loan on the vehicle, the buyer and seller should discuss how it will be paid off and the specific next steps so that the buyer can complete the transaction safely. If the seller has funds to pay it off, they should do so as soon as possible and provide proof from the lender that it has been paid off.

If the seller does not have the funds, the buyer may be able to pay the outstanding amount owed directly to the lender and then pay the remainder of the purchase price to the seller.

An accurate Bill of Sale should be created, including the terms of the transaction, to be signed by both parties. We recommend checking with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai or TAMM in Abu Dhabi for requirements and transfer of ownership (bill of sale which must have a vehicle identification number, car’s description, purchasing price, date of the sale along with name and signatures of both buyer and seller).

We recommend wire transfers or cashier’s cheque for payment, but there are many possible options – including meeting at the buyer’s/seller’s bank to draft up a cashier’s cheque, withdrawing the funds directly, or completing an electronic money transfer.

Arrange for the car to be picked up and finalize the transaction. If the buyer plans to ship the vehicle, they can book shipping directly through the winner’s page or by contacting our shipping team at [email protected] or +971 50 789 1564.

The vehicle and title should only be released once the seller has the full payment in hand. If the transaction is happening remotely, the seller should mail the signed-over title to the buyer via courier service with a tracking number once payment is received.

Share your sale experience with us at GVE. We’re excited to hear your story!

FAQ

Buyer FAQ

In addition to the final purchase price of the listing, buyers are required to pay a graduated buyers fee. Here are the breakdowns:

0 – 400,000 £: 5% buyer’s fee

400,000 – 1,000,000 £: 4% buyer’s fee

1,000,000 – 2,000,000 £: 3% buyer’s fee

2,000,000 – 3,750,000 £: 2% buyer’s fee

3,750,000+ £: 1% buyer’s fee

The minimum buyer’s premium minimum fee is 1000 £.

To get started, click on the “Sign In” icon located at the top right corner of the webpage, then select “Create Account” in the pop-up window. After creating your username and password, you’ll need to verify your email address. Post verification, you can proceed to register for bidding on GVE.

If you’re not ready to register immediately, that’s fine – you can always do it later. When you find a car you’re interested in bidding on, simply click “Place Bid” on the car’s listing page. At this point, you’ll be asked to register, which includes providing your credit card information. We temporarily hold the buyer’s fee on each bidder’s credit card until the auction ends. If you win the auction, the fee will be deducted. If you do not win, the hold will be removed within 24 hours of the auction closing.

To bid on a car, you must first complete the registration process outlined above. When you’re registered and have found a vehicle you wish to purchase, placing a bid is straightforward. Just click the “Place Bid” button on the vehicle’s listing page and enter your bid amount.

Your bid needs to be more than the current highest bid. Depending on the bid level, a minimum increment over the last bid might be required. After placing your bid, you will be notified if you are outbid or if you win.

When an auction lot sells successfully on GVE, the non-refundable buyer’s premium is automatically deducted from the highest bidder’s credit card. This fee is for using the platform and is not a down payment on the auction lot. As the buyer you will pay the seller directly for the vehicle. Bids are binding and cannot be retracted. You are responsible for completing all due diligence prior to bidding. By placing a bid, you agree to the GVE Terms of Use.

Please note, there are NO refunds on the Buyer’s Premium.

The auction begins with a minimum bid of 500 £.

Bids increase in increments of 500 £ for amounts up to 55,000 £.

For bid amounts ranging from 55,000 £ to 183,500 £, increments are set at 1000 £.

When bidding on amounts from 183,500 £ to 734,000 £, increments rise to 2000 £.

For bids at or exceeding 734,000 £, the increments are 3,500 £.

GVE uses Great British Pounds (£).

All vehicles on GVE are inspected by BeSoji. On the listing page, you can find a link to access the inspection report.

Inspections are conducted by BeSoji, covering aspects of the car’s exterior, interior, and operational condition. You can view a sample inspection report through the provided link. For more information, including additional details, visit BeSoji’s FAQ page.
Inspectors will conduct a test drive of the vehicle provided it’s street-legal, safe to drive, and the seller permits the test drive. However, there are situations where an inspector might not be able to test drive a vehicle, possibly due to its size or potential liability concerns. In such cases, the vehicle may be test driven by the seller or a representative of the seller.
Proxy bidding is coming soon!
Our platform prevents sniping by automatically adding more time. Any bid received within the last minute will automatically trigger an extra minute to be added. After this point, the auction will only end once there are no further bids within a one-minute window.

We do not place a hold on your payment method while bidding. If you win an auction the buyer’s premium of 5% of your bid amount (fee percentage decreases with auction price, see pricing structure above) will be automatically withdrawn from your payment method, with a minimum of 1000 £. If you do not win the auction, no fee will be withdrawn from your account.

If a listing does not have a reserve, you will see a ‘No Reserve’ tag as well as text near the bidding box. If you don’t see this, there is a reserve price on the auction. These prices are not published, and we ask the seller to not share this price until the auction is complete. As a buyer you will only be made aware of the reserve price once the auction is complete. The seller also has the ability to lower the reserve price and our team will notify bidders in the comments section if this is the case.

If you are the highest bidder on a car and the reserve price is not met, we will collaborate with both you and the seller to negotiate a mutually agreeable sale price. Should an agreement be reached, we will facilitate contact between you and the seller, and in such cases, our fee is reduced to 2.5%.

It’s important to note that only the highest bidder is eligible to negotiate a post-auction deal. We recommend bidding as high as you are comfortable with during the auction, this is the best chance at winning.

At the conclusion of the auction, both the buyer and seller are given each other’s contact information to complete the transaction. Read more about Finalizing the Transaction above.

Please note, there are NO refunds on the Buyer’s Premium.

At this time GVE does not offer financing. We are hoping to bring this feature to the platform soon!

Transportation expenses are the buyer’s responsibility, we advise estimating personal travel or shipping costs prior to bidding. You have several options for collecting your new vehicle, like flying one-way and driving it back, or using a trailer for pickup. However, shipping is often recommended as a convenient and sometimes the more cost-effective method.

You can work with our team to get shipping quotes on most vehicles and winning bidders frequently have the option to arrange shipping directly through GVE Shipping service.

If quotes or booking through GVE Shipping is not an option, you can reach out to our shipping team directly at [email protected] or ?+971 50 789 1564? a quote.
Please ensure the seller’s timeline aligns with yours before bidding. Some sellers may agree to temporarily store the vehicle, or even assist in transporting it to a nearby location for shipping. Keep in mind that processes like title transfers and loan payoffs can take some time. When in doubt, communicate with the seller to confirm that the timing is suitable for them.

We suggest using wire transfers or cashier’s checks for payment, though various other options are also available. It’s important to discuss the expected timeline with the seller early on to make sure both parties are comfortable with the process and its timing. Keep in mind that in some emirates/countries, it can take several weeks to reissue a title after a loan has been paid off. Moreover, certain states require the title to be notarized by the seller before it can be transferred to the new owner, so be mindful of these regulations. You should consult with the RTA website for accurate information regarding these rules before you proceed with sending any important documents. For more detailed information, you can read about Finalizing the Transaction.

Yes! In addition to basic etiquette like refraining from inappropriate language and personal attacks, discussions should primarily focus on the vehicle up for sale. This ensures fairness for both the seller and the bidders. Our goal is to maintain a welcoming and positive environment in the GVE community for all enthusiasts. Here are some examples of behaviors that are discouraged and will be moderated:
Using offensive language.
Engaging in personal attacks.
Trying to share your personal contact details.
Spamming the conversation.
Inquiring about the seller’s reserve price.
Speculating on the final selling price of the vehicle.
Posting inappropriate images or descriptions in your profile.
Advertising your personal business, website, social media, etc.
Derailing the conversation with discussions about other vehicles or unrelated topics.
Sharing links to inappropriate videos, web pages, or other content.
Linking to advertisements for other vehicles for sale.

Don’t hesitate to participate in the auctions; we welcome bids of any level. Since owners can lower their reserve at any time, you never know when you might get a great deal. We do not indicate when reserves have been met, so please ensure you can afford to buy the car before placing a legal bid.

Seller FAQ

Selling a car is 100% free. The seller receives the complete final sale price.

Our platform specializes in cool and collector cars, trucks, SUV’s and automobilia. If you have a vehicle that you see as cool, we might be interested in featuring it.

What does “cool” mean? GVE concept of cool is anything that makes you take a second glance as you drive by it. When parked, you take the extra second to look back and admire. This encompasses a wide range of vehicles. This could include classics such as a ‘97 Land Rover Defender or a ‘60’s Ford Mustang Fastback. This could be a Lamborghini Murcielago or a Ford Raptor R. It could also be a low-mileage, untouched manual Honda Accord. While we don’t accept every vehicle that’s submitted, we’re excited to review your submission to determine if it’s a suitable match for GVE.

No. Vehicles listed on GVE are exclusively available for sale through our auction platform for the 7 days they are live. Any attempts by a buyer or seller to negotiate a deal outside of the auction process in order to circumvent it will result in a permanent ban from the site and be required to pay the 5% buyer’s commission of the reserve price, or AED 2000 if it is a no reserve auction. If you are interested in purchasing a car on GVE, the most effective approach is to bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay. This strategy is the best way to increase your chances of acquiring the car you desire.

We require all cars to be inspected on our site. The seller is responsible for the inspection costs, however we find that cost will be recouped in a higher sale price of a well represented vehicle. We partner with BeSoji.com who will come to you to inspect the car! All done in less than 1 hour 30 minutes.

To submit your car to be featured in a GVE Auction, navigate to the “Sell a Car” section in the website header. You will need to provide some key information for us to consider your car to be featured. This includes your: Name, Email, Phone, Car Make & Model, Brief Description, and submitting 6 (minimum) images of your vehicle’s exterior and interior. If it is a match for GVE, we will reach out to you, same day. Following that, we’ll request a more comprehensive set of details to ensure that our auction description of your car is precise and thorough.

We require only essential information to determine if we’ll accept your car. This includes your: Name, Email, Phone, Car Make & Model, Brief Description, a few photographs, and other relevant information. If your car is accepted based on the required submission details, we’ll then need to collect more comprehensive information. This will involve asking about your history with the car, its features, and other aspects that will assist us in creating a detailed and accurate listing.

At GVE, we strive to make our listings the most accurate among online auction platforms. To achieve this, we encourage sellers to provide as much detail as possible about the auction lot, including any less desirable aspects of its history or appearance. While GVE conducts certain verification processes, we shall not be liable to the seller or the buyer for any errors, misstatements, or omissions in the description of any auction listing.

High-quality photos are critical in ensuring a successful auction. We highly, highly recommend using GVE contracted, professional photographers to capture your car in the best light possible. This can greatly enhance the appeal of your listing.

Absolutely! We’ve found that creating a video that showcases the exterior condition, interior, engine bay and footage of the engine starting and running dramatically boosts interest and enhances buyer confidence. You can split this content into several videos, or compile it all into one. For the best results, we recommend filming in landscape mode, holding your phone horizontally rather than vertically. Hosting the video on Youtube or Vimeo is a good strategy. If you need a reference, take a look at this example we have provided!
We highly advise permitting the inspector to test drive your car during the inspection. Inspectors will take the vehicle for a test drive provided it is legally allowed on the street, safe to operate, and you give them permission to do so. However, there may be circumstances where an inspector is unable to test drive a vehicle, possibly due to its size or potential liability concerns. In such scenarios, the vehicle can be test driven by you, the seller, or a representative on your behalf. This step is crucial for a thorough and effective inspection.
Once you have supplied us with all the relevant details about your car, our team will take on the task of crafting the auction description. We will not publish this description live without first obtaining your approval. Our approach to writing auction descriptions is to keep them straightforward, objective, and concise, emphasizing only the key details that are essential for bidders to make informed decisions. This ensures clarity and efficiency in the auction process.
As soon as you submit your car, you’ll gain the ability to communicate with us directly. We are always available and accessible via our WhatsApp. You can find that link at the footer of our site. We make it a priority to reply to chat messages promptly, ensuring a response always within one business day. Our goal is to provide quick and efficient communication to assist you throughout the process.
While we don’t offer the option to schedule your auction to an exact date, we do consider our sellers’ preferences. If you have a specific start date in mind or if there are certain times when you’d prefer your auction not to be live (like during a vacation or business trip), just let us know. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your needs within the constraints of our auction scheduling.

Every GVE auction runs for a duration of seven days, but the exact length can vary slightly. This is due to a feature where, within the final minute of an auction, any new bid placed resets the auction timer back to one minute. This mechanism is designed to emulate the dynamics of a traditional auction, where the bidding goes on until there are no further bids, as opposed to certain online auctions that conclude at a predetermined time, often leading to last-second bidding strategies.

You won’t have the ability to edit your auction directly. However, throughout the duration of your auction, you’ll maintain communication with GVE. If there’s a need to modify any aspect of your auction, simply contact us and inform us about the changes you require. Additionally, you have the option to leave comments on your auction, which can include extra photos. Responding to queries from potential bidders is also a great way to enhance the clarity and appeal of your listing.
We highly encourage you to actively engage in the comments section of your auction. It’s important to respond to any questions that arise, whether in the comments, the Q&A section of your auction, or through direct inquiries via the Contact Seller feature. Sellers who are actively involved tend to have the most success. Remember, maintaining a positive and constructive tone in your responses can significantly boost confidence among potential bidders. Consider that the buyer is likely a car enthusiast just like you. Their inquiries are often a sign of serious interest in your vehicle, so addressing their questions thoughtfully can be a key factor in the success of your auction.
Yes, we provide sellers with the option to choose between a “reserve” and a “no reserve” auction. In a “reserve” auction, there’s a minimum price set by the seller, which remains undisclosed to buyers during the auction. Conversely, a “no reserve” auction has no minimum price, meaning the car will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the bid amount. If you opt for a reserve auction, you’ll be asked to suggest a reserve price. However, we might request a lower reserve price before agreeing to list your car for sale. If we’re unable to reach an agreement on the reserve price, there are no hard feelings – you’re always free to sell your car through other channels. Should you wish to modify your reserve price after the auction has started, you have the flexibility to lower it at any stage of the auction. This can be done by clicking “Actions” and then “Lower reserve” on your auction listing page and entering a new, lower reserve price. Please note that this feature is solely for reducing the reserve price, meaning the new reserve must be less than the current one.
We advise against disclosing your reserve price, particularly in public areas like the comments or Q&A sections of the auction. Our experience shows that revealing a reserve price tends to inhibit the pace of bidding, especially as the auction approaches or meets that specified value. Keeping the reserve confidential generally fosters a more dynamic and competitive bidding environment.
Eligible bidders on GVE are those who have completed the registration process, which includes having a verified email address and a valid credit card on file. All registered bidders are obligated to pay the full amount within one week of the auction’s closing date. It’s possible that your buyer could be located outside of the UAE. International buyers, like all other bidders, are required to promptly pay in full for the vehicle following the auction’s conclusion. Additionally, they are solely responsible for all logistics involved in the transaction. This includes import fees, transportation costs, legal dues, and any other requirements necessary for the export or import of the vehicle.
No. Vehicles listed on GVE are exclusively available for sale through our auction platform. Any attempts by a buyer or seller to negotiate a deal outside of the auction process in order to circumvent it will result in a permanent ban from the site. If you are interested in purchasing a car on GVE, the most effective approach is to bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay. This strategy is the best way to increase your chances of acquiring the car you desire.

Many of our buyers may be willing to purchase an auction lot unseen, but others might request an inspection. Therefore, we ask that sellers make their auction lots available for viewings whenever possible by letting the GVE team know. Buyers and sellers must not engage in any activity designed to complete or facilitate a transaction for the sale or purchase of an auction outside of the Prixvo site.

If any sale of an auction is concluded outside of the site, you will be obliged to pay the fees to GVE that would have been paid by the buyer had the auction been sold via the site. This is calculated based on the last reserve you agreed with GVE, or if none, our minimum charge will apply (see our Auction Fees section).

Once you have submitted your auction lot to GVE and the auction has gone live, you cannot withdraw your car. If you do withdraw your car, you will be obliged to pay the fees to GVE in accordance with clause 11 in the Terms and Conditions. This fee is calculated based on the last reserve you agreed with GVE, or if none, a minimum charge as detailed in our Auction Fees section.

If your reserve price isn’t met at the end of the auction, we’ll initiate contact between you and the highest bidder to attempt to negotiate a price agreeable to both parties. In the event an agreement is reached, we’ll facilitate direct communication between you and the buyer. Additionally, in such cases, we will reduce our buyer’s fee to 2.5%.

It’s important to note that only the highest bidder is eligible to engage in a post-auction deal. We encourage bidders to place bids as high as they feel comfortable with during the auction. This approach is the most effective way to increase their chances of acquiring the car they’re interested in.

After the auction concludes, the transaction’s completion is the responsibility of both the buyer and the seller. GVE facilitates this process by providing each party with the contact information of the other. From there, the buyer and seller can communicate via email or telephone to finalize the transaction. You can find more information about finalizing the transaction on our website.

As a general guideline, Cars & Bids suggests wire transfers and cashier’s checks as secure methods of payment. However, the choice of payment method can vary depending on the specific circumstances of the transaction. For instance, if the buyer is local, meeting at their local bank branch to obtain a cashier’s check, initiate an electronic money transfer, or withdraw funds directly can be viable options. In any case, it’s essential to exercise due diligence, which may involve verifying a cashier’s check with your bank or waiting until the funds are received before transferring the title. Your safety and security in the transaction process are paramount.

It’s highly advisable to conduct thorough research on the timeline and procedures for title transfers well in advance of the auction. This preparation ensures that you are fully aware of the appropriate selling process and can efficiently handle the transaction. Additionally, potential buyers may reach out to discuss post-sale arrangements, so open communication and transparency about your expectations are crucial.

It’s extremely rare for a winning bidder to not follow through with their purchase on GVE. In the unusual event that this occurs, the winning bidder will forfeit their 5% buyer’s fee, and they will be permanently banned from using GVE.

In the event of a buyer’s failure to follow through, GVE will immediately engage with the next-highest bidder(s) to try to sell your vehicle at an agreed-upon price. If a deal cannot be reached, GVE may offer to re-list your car free of charge, or we will pay you half of the collected buyer’s fee after a period of 90 days.

Unlike some of our competitors, we make all auctions permanently available for everyone to view, regardless of the auction’s outcome. This transparency is important to us as it helps build trust within the enthusiast community.

Classifieds FAQ

Do your research and price the car realistically to encourage interest. Instead of aligning with speculative asking prices that are often unrealistic, review sale prices for similar vehicles with comparable specifications and mileage. Pay particular attention to recent sales, as market values can change quickly.

Additionally, reach out to GVE if you need pricing assistance.

Classifieds descriptions require the same rigor and detail as our auction listings. The process for classifieds is the same where inspections and professional photography are mandatory, and the GVE team will work with the seller to complete the description.

All classified listings must be inspected by our mobile inspection partners BeSoji or AutoHub, or though Royal Swiss Auto Service.

As soon as possible! Once we have the necessary details and have confirmed that your vehicle meets our criteria, we’ll publish your listing in our Classifieds section. We’ll email you to confirm this and notify you immediately about any inquiries.

All inquiries will be handled within the platform, and your personal or contact details will not be visible to buyers. We’ll share any inquiries with you immediately so you can make contact.

Sellers receive 100% of the sale price on classifieds. Buyers pay a 2.5% buyer’s premium.

With our 24/7 auction, your car sells after 7 days to the highest bidder, and one of our consignment specialists will manage the entire process for you. Here’s how the process typically works:

Yes, you can ship personal items in your car, but it’s important to do so carefully and within certain guidelines. While insurance covers your car during shipping, it typically does not cover personal items or damage resulting from loose cargo inside your car. Therefore, it’s essential to ensure that any personal items you pack are securely stored within the vehicle before shipping. If you have extra parts or items that cannot be securely stored inside the vehicle, it’s advisable to ship them separately.

If you have specific questions or concerns about shipping personal items along with your car, you can contact the GVE Shipping team at [email protected] or on WhatsApp for further guidance and information.

To facilitate the delivery process, our delivery drivers require the exact address where the car will be delivered. Rest assured that we will not share your address outside of our shipping team, and it will be kept confidential.

If you are uncomfortable with providing your personal address and are open to meeting the delivery driver at an alternative location, you can enter the address of a nearby public place where you’re willing to receive the vehicle, such as a grocery store or shopping mall. This can help ensure a smooth and secure delivery process.

It is highly recommended that someone is present both when the car is picked up and when it is dropped off. Our delivery driver will conduct a condition report, including taking photos of the vehicle when it is picked up. This condition report is made available after the vehicle has been delivered.

In the unlikely event that any new damage is discovered, we will initiate a claim and collaborate with you to address the situation appropriately. For more details, you can refer to our Shipping Terms and Conditions.
